All voices are admissible in the conversation, particularly those of people who can actually make a change. @Jenni - Great post of yours. I'm particularly concerned about those vote purchasing outfits. Ultimately though I base my decisions on personally written reviews rather than star ratings and the former are much harder to fake. @Matt – I agree. Online conversation spaces give us the opportunity to not only say that we listen and respond well (weak) , and not only to have others say it on our behalf (better), but to show that we do too (even better still).
